利用者情報の外部送信について
当社は、電気通信事業法第 27 条の 12 に基づき、当社サービスの利用に伴い利用者の端末から外部の事業者へ送信される利用者に関する情報について、以下のとおり公表します。
1. Google アナリティクス 4（アクセス解析）

アクセス解析は、利用者が Cookie の利用に同意した場合にのみ有効になります。同意するまで、Google のサーバーへの通信は発生しません。

utm_で始まるものを除くすべてのクエリ文字列を除去し、動的な識別子をプレースホルダに置換したもの） - ページの種別を示す固定文字列（実際のページタイトルは送信しません）
- 参照元のドメイン（外部サイトからの遷移では origin のみ。完全な URL は送信しません）
- 表示言語（日本語 / 英語）
- 端末・ブラウザ・OS に関する情報（User-Agent 由来）
- 画面解像度（ブラウザの API 由来）
- IP アドレス（Google アナリティクス側で保存しない設定であっても、通信に伴い Google のサーバーに到達します）
- アクセス日時およびイベント発生時刻
- Cookie（
_ga等）による識別子

オプトアウト（送信の停止）方法
- 本サイト各ページの「Cookie 設定」から同意を撤回できます。撤回後、Google への送信は停止し、Google アナリティクスの Cookie は削除されます。
- Google が提供するGoogle アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンによっても収集を拒否できます。
なお、同意を撤回した場合、以後の送信は停止しますが、既に送信された情報の削除は Google のポリシーに従います。
2. Cloudflare Turnstile（不正な自動送信の防止）

お問い合わせフォームおよびプロバイダー登録フォームでは、不正な自動送信（bot）を防止するため Cloudflare Turnstile を使用しています。該当ページの表示に伴い、Cookie の同意状態にかかわらず送信が発生します。

Turnstile はフォーム送信の保護に必須のため、個別のオプトアウト手段は提供していません。送信を望まない場合は、該当ページ（お問い合わせフォームおよび登録フォーム）をご利用にならないでください。
External Transmission of User Information
Pursuant to Article 27-12 of the Telecommunications Business Act of Japan, we disclose the following information about user data transmitted from your device to external providers when you use our services. The Japanese text is the authoritative version; this English text is provided for reference.

Analytics is enabled only after you consent to the use of cookies. Until you consent, no requests are sent to Google's servers.

utm_are removed, and dynamic identifiers are replaced with placeholders) - A fixed string identifying the page type (actual page titles are not transmitted)
- Referrer domain (origin only for external referrals; full URLs are not transmitted)
- Display language (Japanese / English)
- Device, browser, and OS information (derived from the User-Agent)
- Screen resolution (derived from browser APIs)
- IP address (reaches Google's servers in the course of communication even when Google Analytics is configured not to store it)
- Access date and time / event timestamps
- Identifiers via cookies (such as

How to opt out
- You can withdraw consent from "Cookie Settings" on any page of this site. After withdrawal, transmission to Google stops and Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
- You can also refuse collection via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
After you withdraw consent, no further data is transmitted; deletion of data already transmitted is subject to Google's policies.
2. Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection)

Our contact form and provider registration form use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse (bots). Transmission occurs when those pages are displayed, regardless of your cookie consent status.

Turnstile is required to protect form submissions, so no individual opt-out is provided. If you do not wish this transmission to occur, please refrain from using the relevant pages (the contact form and the registration form).
